Changelog
This changelog tracks material changes to the Backbuild Trust Center. Material changes include the publication of new pages, updates to compliance status, the addition or removal of sub-processors, changes to security or privacy policies, and any other update that a customer's security or procurement team might need to know about.
Non-material changes — minor wording edits, typo fixes, formatting — are not listed individually. Changes older than two years are archived and are available on request by emailing security@backbuild.ai.

2026-04-11 — Initial publication of Backbuild Trust Center
- Published status pages for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, HIPAA, PCI DSS v4.0, FedRAMP, and GDPR with current attestation state and roadmap.
- Published security program pages: overview, encryption, authentication, access control, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
- Published privacy program pages: overview, data processing, data residency, retention and deletion, data subject rights, and sub-processors.
- Published infrastructure pages: overview, availability, and business continuity.
- Published legal pages: Terms of Service summary, Privacy Policy summary, Data Processing Agreement, and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
- Published responsible disclosure policy and security contact information.
- Established the initial sub-processor list.
